Learn How to Set Up the MyINFINITI App
Get the App
STEP 1
Install the MyINFINITI App from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Sign-in or Register
STEP 2
Create a MyINFINITI account in the app or sign into your existing one.
Enter Your Vehicle Identification Number (Vin) in the App
STEP 3
You can either scan the VIN Number by placing the smartphone camera on the lower area of the windscreen (driver side) and then clicking "capture VIN" or enter it manually.
Enter the Vehicle Mileage
STEP 4
Please follow the instructions on the application. Turn off your engine, then enter the odometer reading in the space provided.
Validate and Wait for Activation
STEP 5
The process is complete. Wait for activation confirmation and log in to the app as instructed.
